Refund, Returns, and Shipping Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange the product within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Returns/Exchanges:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your product.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Delivery charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be issued for the item price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping:

• We ship to Pakistan.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
• Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected, but please allow up to 8 days for your order to arrive.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note that items on sale or with clearance labels are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
